IAC Sweden AB announces today, September 14, 2026, that Dan Nilsson is stepping down from his role as CEO, and André Djärf, currently COO, will take over as Acting CEO effective today.
Dan Nilsson has served as CEO of IAC for nine years, during which he built a strong team and led the company’s expansion, including the acquisition of IAC Gnosjö in 2024 (formerly Nyströms Pressgjuteri AB).
“Together we have built one of the Nordic region’s largest foundry groups with stable profitability, and we have much to be proud of together. I want to thank our employees, customers, and the board for their collaboration, and I wish the company well in its next chapter,” says Dan Nilsson.
“Dan Nilsson has made a significant contribution to IAC, and we are grateful for Dan’s commitment over all these years. At the same time, we are pleased to introduce André as Acting CEO. He has deep knowledge of the business and has our full confidence to lead the company during the recruitment process,” says Mattias Gadd, Chairman of the Board of IAC.

IAC is a contract-manufacturing aluminum foundry that, through long experience, has built solid expertise in gravity die casting and pressure die casting. IAC works with everything from castings to finished products, including machining, surface treatment, and assembly.
IAC has 360 employees across six locations in both Sweden and Estonia, and revenue of over SEK 700 million in 2025. The company has been part of Grönskär Gruppen AB since 2021.
